Wellness Week 2026: What Moved Us

June 4, 2026

In a world that never stops moving, many of us spend our days sitting still, focused on deadlines, meetings, and the work that drives our business forward. Along the way, it can be easy to forget that we need movement too.

That is what Wellness Week 2026 reminded us.

It moved us by encouraging healthier habits, created space for mindfulness and self-care, and reaffirmed us that across countries and time zones, we are connected by shared experiences.

Wellness Week became more than a series of activities. It showed how small actions can help us bring our best selves to work and life.

“I respect the company encouraging us to band together to create healthy habits and showing us what is still possible during the work week – it is easy to get busy with work and convince yourself you don’t have time, yet when there is a tick sheet you realize that as long as you keep it in your focus you can still keep your health and wellbeing a high priority.”

Wellness Week 2026: By the Numbers

Before we dive into our stories and highlights, here’s a snapshot of the incredible impact Wellness Week 2026 had across our global community.

Wellness Week

Step by Step

A big highlight of this year’s Wellness Week was the introduction of the Step Challenge, where Powered by Protégé emerged as the winning team with an impressive total of 717,937 steps.

What began as a simple challenge quickly became a source of motivation and friendly competition.

Participants followed the leaderboard, encouraged one another, and found more reasons to stay active throughout the day.

“The introduction of the step challenge was really good, enticing us to get out and do more steps.”

Wellness Week

More than a Challenge

One of the strongest themes this year was the connection between healthy routines and how we feel each day. Through better nutrition and more movement, it helped participants improve their mood and performance.

“For me, the standout aspect of Wellness Week 2026 was its focus on mental and overall health. It promoted better eating habits and a more active lifestyle, both of which contributed to improved mood and enhanced concentration at work.”

Teams also exchanged recipes, shared exercise tips, and celebrated their progress.

“I enjoyed connecting with people on fun topics like recipe sharing and tips that are helping us meet our goals.”

“I enjoyed seeing the pictures from my teammates and discussing what new foods/activities we were trying to implement throughout the week.”

The most engaged team was LNIP Mind the Gap, completing an impressive 711 activities and showcasing the power of teamwork and shared commitment.

The Moments That Stayed With Us

Beyond the scores and rankings, the true impact of Wellness Week could not be measured on a leaderboard.

The Japanese Women’s Team, Wellness Sisters, built such strong connections throughout the week that their friendships continued even after the challenge ended.

The Vital Qi Crew brought extra fun with their self-created “Bee Challenge,” encouraging teammates to get outdoors, photograph bees, and share their discoveries along the way.

There were also countless moments of kindness.

Through the Pay It Forward Challenge, participants brightened someone’s day through small acts of kindness or by giving their time to volunteer.

Colleagues took the opportunity to recognize one another, express appreciation, and offer support both within and beyond the workplace.

These simple gestures became powerful examples that wellness is not only about caring for ourselves but also for those around us.

“Being a homeworker can feel isolating. It was fun to know others were right there with me working towards the same goal. It gave a much-needed sense of camaraderie.”

For many participants, the most memorable part of the week was the opportunity to slow down and reconnect with themselves amid the busyness of everyday life.

“For me, the standout moment of Wellness Week 2026 was the collective pause, that shared experience when everyone slowed down enough to actually notice our own breath, own body and our own mind. That kind of intentional wellness habit reminds us that taking care of ourselves doesn’t have to be complicated. It just means doing the things that genuinely help us feel grounded, calm, and connected, even if it’s only for a few minutes at a time. I really appreciated how Wellness Week created space for everyone to slow down and reconnect with themselves.”

Moving Together

Looking back, Wellness Week 2026 was about more than challenges or competition.

It was about movement in every sense of the word.

Its greatest achievement was reminding us that wellness is built through small, intentional actions every day. When we support and encourage one another, those actions gain deeper meaning and inspire us to keep moving forward together.
