For the past four years, Employeepalooza has been our employee appreciation program, bringing colleagues together each April and October for virtual and in-person activities focused on recognition, connection, and team engagement.
In 2026, we have evolved from two dedicated weeks into a year-round culture program, organized around quarterly themes and meaningful moments throughout the year. The aim is to create a more consistent rhythm of connection, wellbeing, learning, appreciation, and celebration, for employees across our offices, regions, and virtual teams.
As we close out September and look ahead to Q4, let us reflect on what we’ve accomplished so far and the opportunities still to come.
We began the year with activities that helped colleagues connect, align, and start the year with shared momentum.
Q1 included Wellness Week, the Connection Playlist, a Power Hour speaker series featuring external experts, and our company Q1 Town Hall. Together, these experiences created opportunities to learn, share perspectives, and strengthen connections across teams.
In Q2, the focus turned to wellbeing, learning, and appreciation.
Every employee received an appreciation gift, with the option to select branded merchandise or donate instead. We also held our first Book Club of the year, featuring The Measure by Nikki Erlick.
The Book Club brought together 142 participants, and 98% said they would recommend it to a colleague. It was a powerful example of how shared learning can spark conversation and connection across the organization.
Q3 continued to create opportunities for colleagues to come together and celebrate shared achievements.
Our second company Town Hall brought employees together to hear updates and stay connected to the organization’s direction. Our second Power Hour, featuring Sally Thornton, created another engaging opportunity for colleagues to connect and learn.
We also launched registration for our second Book Club, which has already attracted 174 participants, an encouraging sign of the appetite for shared learning and connection across the organization.
Our final quarter is already taking shape, with opportunities for colleagues to innovate, give back, and celebrate together. The second edition of our Hackathon launches in September, culminating in two dedicated Hackathon days on October 27 and 28. Global Cares Day will take place in October, giving colleagues an opportunity to support their communities. The Horsham Carnival and social activities across our Level Up offices will create more opportunities to connect in person, while holiday celebrations across our global offices will help us close the year together.
Each activity is designed to do more than fill a calendar. They create practical opportunities for people to build stronger networks, feel recognized for their contributions, learn from others, and make a positive impact beyond the workplace.
By making Employeepalooza a year-round engine, we are investing in the everyday experiences that help our people, and our culture, thrive.
