Fall Employeepalooza 2025: A Season to Celebrate, Connect, and Shine

Every year, Employeepalooza gives us two chances to pause, reconnect, and celebrate the people behind everything we do. After the high-energy spring edition, Fall Employeepalooza 2025 (October 13-17) wrapped up the year with another unforgettable week of music, culture, laughter, and community. 

From Sicily to Selfies: A Week of Connection
This fall, employees packed their curiosity and set off for the Sicily Virtual Tour, our most attended online experience ever. Through an interactive, escape-style adventure, teams explored Cefalù’s seaside charm, met a wise fisherman with clues to share, took on a movie challenge in Porta Pescara, and solved food-themed puzzles in Piazza Duomo before celebrating with a toast to Sicilian recipes. It was teamwork, laughter, and Mediterranean flair, all from the comfort of our screens. 

Back by popular demand, the Music Lounge kept energy high with DJ Tom spinning feel-good tracks that brought colleagues together across time zones. Creativity also flourished in the Pet or Plant Co-Worker Selfie Contest, where employees showed off their adorable and sometimes quirky companions for a chance to win prizes and smiles around the globe. 

And of course, our raffle with cash prizes delivered plenty of excitement, because no Employeepalooza would be complete without that extra bit of suspense and surprise. 

Spotlight: Horsham’s Carnival Comes Alive (Again!) 
For the second year in a row, our Horsham office took center stage at Employeefest, transforming the parking lot into a vibrant carnival filled with laughter, games, and community spirit. The afternoon featured crowd favorites like the 14′ Highstriker, Inflatable Connect 4 Basketball, Cowmilking, Skeeball, Shootout, and the Bowman Challenge, plus classic carnival snacks like popcorn, cotton candy, and Philly Pretzel Factory pretzels. 

With raffles, prizes, and plenty of good cheering, Horsham once again proved why it’s our biggest celebration hub and the heartbeat of Employeepalooza. 

Appreciation in Every Moment
Employeepalooza has never been just about the events. It’s about taking a moment to celebrate what connects us and to recognize the people, the creativity, and the culture that powers everything we do.

Whether you were solving mysteries in Sicily, dancing to DJ Tom’s beats, snapping selfies with your favorite co-worker (furry, leafy, or otherwise), or enjoying the carnival energy in Horsham, you were part of a global celebration of gratitude and connection.
