Employeepalooza Turns 4: A Celebration That Keeps on Giving May 8, 2025 Four Years. Seven Editions. One Big Vibe. When we launched the very first Employeepalooza four years ago, the goal was simple: bring people together for a little music, a little fun, and a big thank-you for everything our teams do. What started as a small virtual experiment when teams across the globe were figuring out how to stay connected has since grown into a global, twice a year tradition that our employees around the world look forward to. This spring marked our seventh edition and yes, many of the fan favorites made a comeback. The Music Lounge returned, and this time paired with Spin the Wheel Raffle. So was Musical Bingo, and the ever-popular Pop-Up Shop featuring some of our best swags yet. Plus, every employee received two bonus hours of PTO, and our Level Up offices worldwide hosted local lunches and social gatherings to keep the energy high. But the magic of Employeepalooza 2025 isn’t in the event lineup, it’s in what it represents. More Than Just a Week of Celebration By now, we know the drill. There’s music. There are giveaways. Maybe a funny bingo moment or two. But behind the familiar format is something deeper: a shared pause to step back and recognize how far we’ve come, not just as individuals, but as a global team. Over seven editions, we’ve gone from virtual-only events to a mix of in-person and virtual events designed to connect, energize, and recognize the people who make everything we do possible. We’ve cheered each other on in chats, danced together in virtual music lounge, and turned a simple idea into a cornerstone part of our culture. And that’s worth celebrating, again and again.
