1. Select Check Parts from inside the PatentOptimizer ribbon of your Word document.
  2. Next, select the Figures Tab.
  3. Then, select Open Figures at the bottom of the Check Parts window. A new dialog box will prompt you to select the file containing your figures. PatentOptimizer will read figures in PowerPoint, Word, Visio and OCR PDF.

After selecting your figures, PatentOptimizer will analyze the part labels in your figures and compare them to your document. The Check Parts box will alert you to any inconsistencies. This feature allows you to quickly and easily compare the labeling in your document and figures, helping to eliminate any inconsistencies.
